I'm applying to the Notre Dame Summer Scholars Program, and an important part of the application seems to be the list of activities that I do outside of school. I participate in community service through Rotary Club as well as National Honor Society, I go to youth group, play piano, and was a secretary for my class last year and the year before. This seems like a pretty bad list to me, and I'm worried how this will hurt my chances.
I don't participate in any sports; this is due to the fact that I am terrible at sports, and have chronic pain that inhibits me from physically exerting myself very much.
Has anyone else attended the Summer Scholars at Notre Dame? What were your activities that you listed? And do mine seem acceptable, or will they hurt my chances quite a bit? I have a high GPA and a high class ranking, so I'm fine academically. It's extracurriculars where I sort of fail.
