Selective non-profit prestigious programs

I was thinking about doing something in the US next year (as a rising 10th grade international student). I read about Summer@Brown, Cornell Summer Programs... but they all look like things that depend basically on your ability to pay. Are there any non-profit summer pre-college programs that have a RSI / TASP level, but not such a selective admission (I was thinking about like 30% admitted)? Thanks!!
