Hi! I am a freshman in an nyc high school very much interested in the sciences (particularly neuroscience and chemistry) and so I was wondering if anyone could give advice for which programs to apply to in the summer of 2017 (i.e. the MSKCC program) that I would be able to legitimately apply to and not just pay a lot of money to get in.
