Are there any summer programs that cost less than the usual semester fee in the U.S ?(International)

For someone who wants to major in Cinema/ Cinematography but is coming from a different (unrelated ) Bachelor's background. I can't really spend too much money on this, especially since I'm an international student and I think there might be Visa issues attached to this... Any sort of information would be greatly appreciated.
