My sophomore high school son is interested in attending a good jazz camp on the East Coast. The ones he is currently considering are Eastman School of Music, Skidmore Jazz Institute and Jazz Lab at NEC. Eastman and Skidmore are 2 weeks long and Jazz Lab is one week. He plays the double bass and would like to play with top students in their instrument.
Any input as to the differences in each?
