How much do grades matter for summer programs?

I'm super nervous because I'm a sophomore, and I ended with a C in Calc BC and a B in AP Bio first semester. My UW is 3.85 and W is 4.1. I'm interested in applying to Stanford Humanities Institute and YYGS this year, and NSLI-Y and TASP next year.
