Hi guys, I just applied for the Cornell Summer College program and got accepted. I then filled out every form needed except SHP, which I don't quite understand how it works. So I am NOT an international student and currently have medical insurance provided by Fidelis, and have already paid the Student Health Fee, therefore I really want to know if I still have to fill out the SHP form since it is still on my "To-do list", please help!
