I just got an internship opportunity as an urban ecology field research assistant in NYC. However, I want to go into business in college and my mom thinks an internship at a business/company would be better for college apps cause it shows I have experience in the field. I think the field research internship is something really unique/interesting and would set me apart from other applicants, and I am also in a business program and business-oriented clubs at my school, so I already have some experience in the business field, but I get what my mom is saying.
Which one would be more beneficial?
