Hi everyone! I’ve been looking around for some form of a bio/chem research opportunity in a lab environment for a long time now, but it seems like every opportunity around me is either extremely selective or already full. I was wondering about those of you who were able to find such an opportunity by, for example, contacting professors, if you could give us some tips on how to do so? The place where I live is very suburban and has no major universities within a 45-minute radius. Or, if anyone has done independent research, if they could also explain how they got the ball rolling that would be wonderful! Thank you all!!
