I'm currently a junior looking to apply to COSMOS, but I've never done any of this type of application. The app opens on January 4, 2018, but do I begin asking for a rec letter and a transcript now? It's not the best time to start given that this week is finals week, and xmas break begins after Friday.
Also, if I have a 3.83 weighted, does that greatly hinder my chances?
