I'm exploring different options surrounding how to spend my time during the summer, as a HS student passionate in Computer Science. Some colleges offer online certifications relating to their undergraduate programs, which are based on an online-oriented and self-paced classroom environment.
Has anyone had the experience of working towards a CS, or other related certification, and if so, what bearing might it hold in the college admissions process.
