I'm definitely applying for the College Prep Scholars Program through Questbridge, due March 23. The acceptance rate is around 30%, so I feel like it's possible that I could get in. From several practice tests, I've gotten an average of 32 on the ACT. I'm Hispanic, and my family makes well below the average income for accepted students. My essay is pretty solid, and my GPA is above average for Questbridge. My one issue is that both my parents graduated from college and have a master's degree. I know that most Questbridge College Prep Scholars are first-generation, but how much of a chance do I have, keeping in mind my other traits?
