Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation

I am a rising junior, and I am not sure if I should apply to / go to Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation. I am extremely STEM oriented, and have been doing FIRST Robotics since 3rd grade. I want to major in mechanical engineering and/or computer science in college. Has anybody done this program, and what did you think of it? I would be residential, and I am really just unsure if I want to go due to the intensity, and I don't know if I would want to spend my summer staying up super late doing lab reports....
