Hello,
I plan on attending a summer camp at a college.
It's a very selective camp - it's a high caliber school.
Here's a problem. The camp required 2 letters of recommendation.
So, I asked my math teacher and my counselor.
My math teacher has known me for all three years of high school (I'm a junior)
and he has been my math teacher for 3 years and stugo advisor for 2 years.
However, I'm concerned because although I've managed to get A's in the class for 5 semesters,
I have a D right now - it's not a final grade since the semester is not over, though.
My question, then, is do you think that he'll still write a good recommendation?
I feel like I've been messing up things - maybe I'm being sensitive because he's in charge of the recommendation - but I'm scared that these kinds of things will ruin my chance of getting into this summer camp.
